About EHMCI

Electropathy is a derivative of homeopathy that relies on remedies from non poisonous plants. Over 150 colleges across the country are offering courses in electropathy, with the most widely pursued one being Bachelor of electropathy Medicine and Surgery (BEMS),which has a course duration of four and a half years.
According to notification 14015/25/96_U&H (R)(pt),electro homeopathic practitioner is not permitted to practice but the notification was challenged through a writ petition filed in 2008 in the Punjab and Haryana High court and the verdict was that practice of Electro homeopathy/Electropathy is not prohibited in any state of India.

For practicing modern medicine or any other indian system of medicine like Ayurveda/Unani systems of medicine,registration is required under medical council Act. For getting these registrations, the applicant should also possess the prescribed qualifications also. But electro homeopathy is an entirely different system of medicine. Its practice is not controlled by any state in India. It is not prohibited by any law also. Therefore, the petitioner have a fundamental right under article (19)(1)(g) of the constitution of India to proceed with the practice of the electropathy. Doctors can practice electro homeopathy by settled law of the govt of India which means law allowed.

(Herbal oriented new medical system)
Electropathy /Electro Homoeopathy is a new medical system comes under the category of alternative system of medicine. Discovery this medical system had happened in Itlay by Dr. Count Ceaser Mattei in the year 1865. Its medicines are purely based on Herbal / Medicinal plants and prepared with the help of distilled water and spageric essence obtained from medicinal plants at normal room temperature through scientific process called cohobation. Purification of two vital fluids i.e. Blood & Lymph of human body is the main objective of the system. Its medicines are quite natural, harmless , unique ,non toxic and free from any side/adverse effect. Any discomfort can be easily and quickly controlled with the help of these medicines. It is more familiar as Electropathy in India.

EHMCI of India has made tremendous achievement of promoting Electropathy medical system and also advancing its medicines after considering all the factors needed for the purpose.

Calcutta High court recognize the electropathy on may 7 1999. High court of jabalpur recognize the electropathy practice on Marcb 1999. Madras Higb Court on june 9 1998 had given the judgement regarding using the word doctor before the name that, "Those who are practicing electro homeopathy system of medicine has right to use the word "DOCTOR". before the name,by representing the symbol of "EH"(ELECTRO HOMEOPATHY).
